The Early Italian workshops of the Renaissance are revealed in this fantastic exhibition.

PARIS, FRANCE, July 05, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- From July 7th until October 3rd, the Musee du Louvre at the heart of Paris hosts a collection of stunning engravings that chart the journey of the art form through Renaissance Italy.

The pieces come from the collection of Baron Edmond de Rothschild, and show how engraving evolved from the early stages to the famous workshops of the 15th century.

This exhibition is included in the price of entry to the whole museum, which costs 10 euro. The art is available to view every day except Tuesday, from 9am until 6pm, apart from Wednesdays and Fridays when the museum remains open until 10pm.
