HONG KONG, HK, July 01, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- A new exhibition entitled Meet the Muddy Wrestlers has opened at the Hong Kong Wetland Park.
 
The show is available to view until September 5th and will allow visitors to get closer to horseshoe and fiddler crabs.
 
To see these entertaining little creatures, head to the Wetland Interactive World at 11:00, 14:00, 15:00 or 16:00 local time for a 30-minute demonstration, during which youngsters can even touch some of the animals.
 
According to the organisers, the 'muddy wrestlers' from the title of the exhibition refer to the fiddler crabs, while the horseshoe varieties are more akin to living fossils.
 
Admission to the wildlife sanctuary costs HK$30 (GBP2.40) for adults and HK$15 for children and other concessions. Passes are available to buy online in advance as well as on the door on the day.
 
The venue is open from 10:00 to 17:00 every day except Tuesday, when it is closed.
 
Last month, the centre celebrated its fifth anniversary and put together a small display of photos and interesting facts to mark this milestone.
